How To Delete Your Data With SOLO
To delete your account with Tidalwave SOLO, you will need to first log in to your account.
If you forgot your login information, you can use a one-time passcode via the email address associated with your account to log in.

After logging in, please click your profile icon at the **bottom left **of the page and click your name to access account settings.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will find the **Delete Account **section.
Click “Delete your account”, check the box in front of the message “I understand that I won’t be able to recover my account.” and click **Confirm **to delete your account.

After this, your account will be deactivated in our system and relevant personal information will be deleted permanently in our next data archive window(with the exceptions stated below).
Note that we do retain some of your data records to stay compliant with financial regulation requirements such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Dodd-Frank Act.
